Investor Interaction Coaching: - Provide management with broad and investor specific “prep” sheets, coaching and feedback.
Market Intelligence: - Gather investment community “pulse” regularly on a range of issues, including expectations, messaging feedback, competitor intelligence, and scenario assessments.
Internal communications: - Create all necessary investor-related presentations for internal stakeholders, including accomplishments and future strategy.
External Communications: - Draft and edit all quarterly and annual report communications, including press releases.
Corporate websites: - Works closely with web hosting providers, including design of corporate websites, with drafts and edits of content.
Investment Community Event Planning: - Proprietary event planning, including medical and investor meetings.
Fundraising: - Prepare messaging, targeted investor meetings and road shows. Secure appropriate investment banks to assist with raises and build the strongest overall “book.”
